Buenas
Creo que es un bronce de Siracusa, Sicilia , al menos por el reverso, pues el anverso de tu moneda no consigo apreciarlo:
SICILY, Syracuse. Dionysios I. 405-367 BC. Æ Hemilitron (3.67 g, 2h).
Obverse die signed by the artist Phry(gillos). Struck circa 405-400 BC.
Head of Arethusa left, hair in sphendone signed ΦPY on the back;
dolphin downward behind / Wheel of four spokes; dolphins in lower
quarters. Cf. Boehringer, Münzprägungen pl. III, 25; CNS 19 fr 4;
Favorito type 75 (c. 425-420 BC); SNG ANS 412-3. VF,
Un saludo
