On the Flemisch forum there is a little discution about this coin.
I think it is a 2 escudos struck after 1597, because the Portugal shield on it, and struk in Spain, maybe a restruck on a cob.
Other says it is a "cob" coin struk in the New World (Americas)
The diameter is 20 mm and the weight is 6,7 grams.
